The general provisions in respect of the European Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) can be found in Regulation (EU) No 514/2014. This regulation has been amended by the Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1042/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2018/1291.
The financial rules are laid down in Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 2018/1046.
There are national eligibility rules for each fund.
